Accompanying Person Policy

During treatment, a patient has the right to have a companion as permitted by relevant regulations, hospital capacity, and the patient's medical condition. The presence of a companion is subject to approval by the responsible physician and must comply with the hospital’s rules.

Rules for Accompanying Persons:

  1. Only one companion is allowed per patient.

  2. Companions must not remain in the room during medical rounds or treatment.

  3. No intervention with the patient is allowed without physician or nurse instructions.

  4. The patient may not be taken outside or moved to another bed without permission.

  5. Avoid loud speech and noise. TV and phone use must not disturb others.

  6. Smoking and alcohol use are strictly prohibited inside the hospital.

  7. Outside food is not permitted. No food should be given to the patient without nurse approval.

  8. Inform the nurse when changing the companion.

  9. Companions must follow hospital rules; violations may lead to loss of this right.

  10. Notify the nurse in case of any health concerns regarding the patient.
