Flowers
Live and potted flowers may carry microorganisms and pose an infection risk. Therefore, they are not allowed in rooms due to quality standards. Flowers sent to your name are received by the ground floor reception and the sender’s information is shared with you. For hospital stays longer than one day, you are advised to collect your flowers before discharge to avoid spoilage.

Security
Your safety and the safety of our staff is a top priority.

• 24/7 monitoring is carried out with security staff and 31 cameras.

• Security personnel are authorized to manually and electronically check bags and packages if needed.

Prayer Room
A prayer room is available on floor -1 for patients and visitors who wish to fulfill their religious duties.

Cleaning and Floor Services
Due to our strict infection control policies, hygiene is given utmost importance. Floor staff will visit daily—or more often if needed—to keep your room clean.
