Hospital Admission Rules

To provide you with the best possible care and to ensure your treatment and nursing services are delivered timely and without interruption, we kindly ask you to follow some rules and regulations during your stay in our hospital. We thank you in advance for your attention and cooperation.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospital as per Law No. 4207.

  • Visiting hours are from 09:00 to 22:00.

  • Children under 10 years old are not permitted as visitors for health reasons.

  • To prevent hospital infections, live or artificial flowers are not accepted in the hospital.

  • Each bed in our rooms is equipped with a nurse call button, which you can use whenever needed.

  • Please avoid making noise for the well-being of our patients and to maintain order.

  • Meal times are: breakfast at 07:00, lunch at 11:00, and dinner at 17:00.

  • Our rooms have showers and 24-hour hot water.

  • Regular patient satisfaction surveys are conducted every month. Suggestion and complaint boxes are placed throughout the hospital. Your feedback is important to us.

  • In case of any problem, you can contact our Patient Communication Unit, which is there to assist you.

  • The cafeteria is located on the ground floor. You can request room service by dialing internal number 617.

  • Once your doctor approves your discharge, please complete the discharge process as soon as possible so that the room can be cleaned and prepared for the next patient.

  • If you wish, room decoration is available for childbirth. Please inform us of your request during admission. Personal decorations that involve taping, nailing, or any method that could damage the door, walls, ceiling, furniture, or items in the room are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Any damage caused will be subject to additional charges.
