Human Resources Policy
Employee satisfaction and loyalty hold a significant place in our institutional identity. We aim to create a peaceful, safe, and happy work environment where our staff feel proud to work. By implementing international and up-to-date HR practices, we aim to become the most preferred hospital in Ordu and surrounding regions.
Training and Development
Based on annually assessed needs, we offer structured training programs in professional development, personal growth, orientation, and leadership. A performance evaluation system is also planned to be implemented starting in 2013.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Salaries are paid monthly on a net basis.

Transportation: We do not provide shuttle service. However, for night shifts, transportation is arranged by the hospital.

Healthcare Discounts: Employees receive special discounts for medical services provided at our hospital.

Meals: On-site meal service is available.

Leave is granted for personal matters, bereavement, marriage, and childbirth.

1–5 years (inclusive): 14 working days
